What is the Monthly Print Membership?

An Art Subscription! Every month I mail our members 3 items:

1. A Fine Art Print : 8x10" size
2. A Mini Fine Art Print
3. A "pass it on" Love Note Print to share!

All of this is shipped in a sturdy rigid mailer, to protect against weather, distance, and whatever else the USPS can throw at us! 

Why should I join?

You are looking for ways to increase goodness in your life. Having encouraging reminders around helps continually turn toward the light! 

Let me do the heavy lifting: I'll fill your space with art for a fraction of the cost of a single original artwork that not only adds a unique decor piece to your home, but also lifts and inspires. 

Why does this make a great gift?

We all know someone who could use an extra amount of love & encouragement. A monthly art print delivery will brighten their life and remind them, on a regular basis, they are LOVED. 

To make gifting a year of art easy, just enter the recipients address at checkout as the shipping location. And to sweeten the deal, I have a  free & downloadable card you are welcome to print yourself with the Monthly Print Membership information to get them excited.

How much is shipping? Where do you ship?

Shipping to the US only (for now) and shipping is FREE.

How does a membership work?

I offer four membership terms: Quarterly (3 mailings), Simi Annual (6 months), and Annual (12 mailings), or Monthly.

After joining, you will be added to our next mailing list and will begin to receive a monthly creative surprise with the items listed above. It’s mail made fun, a great way to decorate your home, and add encouragement to your life. 

When will I receive my first mailing?

 You will begin your first month at time of purchase! Each additional month within the Monthly Membership your package will ship on or around the date of your first order. 

Example: If you begin your Membership June 6th, your first package will ship shortly thereafter. Each month following that you continue your Membership your package will ship you the week of the 6th. July 6-9th would be next, and so on. 

All packages are shipped First Class Mail, which is usually 3-5 days depending on location. This allows me to offer free shipping but please note it does not include a tracking code. Your prints should arrive within a week of shipping date. 

How often do your mailings come?

You will receive a package from us once per month. Please see the question above for more information on delivery times and when to expect your prints.

How do I purchase a gift Membership?

You can purchase a Gift Membership here.

At checkout add your information to the Billing section and the recipient's info to the Shipping section. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address listed in the Billing section.

The gift will be mailed at the beginning of the following month (for more information on this, please see When will I receive my first mailing?, above). You can announce your gift early with one of our Free Greeting Cards!

I am giving a gift Membership, how will they know it’s from me?

We leave the joy of giving this gift to you, by offering Free Greeting Cards that you can print or email. Our cards briefly explain how the Monthly Print Membership works, and have room for you to write your own personal message.

When am I billed?

The Monthly Print Membership ends once your initial subscription period ends for prepaid Memberships and will continue Monthly if on a month by month schedule  (3, 6, 12 months, or monthly). You will be billed on the same calendar day every cycle, and can change or add months to your membership at any time here. 

Are there extra fees or charges?

Nope! Shipping is FREE and there are no extra handling fees.

Please note that sales tax is charged, and that processing fees through your bank or credit card may apply, as per the terms of your account.

 

Problems & Solutions 

How do I change my address?

Log into your Customer Account to update your shipping address.

Your change of address must be received by the last day of the month at midnight PST to be updated for our next mailing. Issues missed due to failure to submit a change of address request cannot be replaced.

My prints aren't arriving - what do I do?

If you ever miss an issue please contact us, and we will happily work with you to find a solution.

My print is damaged - what do I do?

We make every effort to protect your prints from damage, but sometimes overzealous letter-carriers conspire against us. Fear not! If a print has arrived in less than optimal condition, we will happily replace it. Simply contact to begin the conversation.

As an additional precaution, you can affix a note to your mailbox requesting that your letter-carrier not fold oversized mail.

Cancellation

You have total control over your subscription and can opt in or out at any time. No matter when in your billing cycle you opt out of renewal, you will always receive all issues you have paid for.

Please note that we do not offer refunds on subscriptions. If you would like to forward the remainder of your subscription to someone else, simply log in to your Customer Account to update the shipping address.

If you are having issues with your subscription please contact us. We value customer feedback and are always happy to hear suggestions that you feel would improve our service.

Privacy

Your privacy is critically important to us. I have a few fundamental principles:

• We do not ask you for personal information unless we truly need it.

• All payments  are processed through a secure payment gateway (Paypal and Stripe). This means that we do not see or store your credit card information.

Artist & Prints 

Can I purchase individual prints?

Part of the excitement of the Monthly Membership is knowing that you are part of a special club and that only other members will get the same curated selection of encouraging art as you. So, at this time, prints are for members only and cannot be purchased individually.

How and where are your prints made?

All of our prints are made with love in Easter Washington, USA. Printed at the best quality, I can't wait for you to get the goodness in your hands month after month! Each design will be carefully prayed over, thought about, designed and created by Courtney Casper (me), offered exclusively to members!
