Shipping policy

Package Insurance: If you paid for the package protection and your package is lost, stolen, or damaged you will receive a FULL REFUND after 5 days. Please go to the package protection email you received or reach out to me to get a link to file your hassle free claim! :) 

If you did not purchase package protection, the following applies:

If your package is stolen, damaged or lost  in transit (considered lost after 14 business days per USPS) the company is not liable to replace any items purchased & shipped. There is no shipping insurance outside of the provided package protection.
