Full disclosure: I have both read some of these and listened to others. It really depends on the book what I prefer! I'm a big note-taker in books (like that's any surprise to any of you!) And so sometimes, the audio format just makes me crazy because I can't go back and take my notes! I've been known to listen to a book & then re-read it just to get my notes in the margins.

Okay. Lets get to it. Here's the books I'm reading or have read in the last month or so:
The Power of Stillness: I am loooooving this book. Although i'm not surprised. It's one that I'm listening to, but ordered the hard copy so i can take my notes. So. Good.
Good Grief, Theresa Caputo: I loved this book so much. It opened the doors in my own grief this year in ways I never expected. Just real, encouraging, acknowledging, and it really hit home for me. (I linked the Thrift Books link because if you're not buying your books used.. it's time!)
Tiny Habits, BJ Fogg: This book changed my life. No, really. It organized the matter unorganized in my head. It gave a formula for the madness that has always been my way of operating. Being able to teach others my zone of genius in a way that is more universal has been so much fun. I highly recommend this book!
Wide Margin Book of Mormon: This is in my reading rotation every single day. I need it. I know we're not studying it for CFM this year, but I just can't stop. The wide margin spiral bound is my forever scripture love. forever!

I'm also prioritizing writing again. Writing as a personal practice, as a liturgy, as a spiritual pursuit. I've had basically an entire book written in my notes app on my phone for the better part of a year now, wondering what it will become, when will be the time to pull it out and see what's really there. It's a love note to the griever, that i know.
It feels good to write again.
