I’ve tried to get this pdf multiple times by giving you my email address and it hasn’t arrived. Is it too late to get this edition?
What paper thickness do you use? I tried to send to Kinkos and it was $150. I went to 24 paper and it will still $40. What do you recommend at alpha graphics to print it correctly
